Texas Longhorns Dallas Sport reviews
Don't purchase VIP tickets
The pre-show meet and greet with Texas Longhorns was subpar and lacked sophistication and organization. The VIP experience was not worth the amount of money paid and the 'greet' was extremely impersonal. The main event was enjoyable and entertaining. If I could have done things differently, I would NOT have purchased VIP tickets. Instead, I would have purchased regular event tickets that were close enough to the stage to see and enjoy the show. The autographed photos were pre-signed and not personalized (it would have been nice of him to sign personal items that were brought for him). The event coordinator did not offer professional photos with Texas Longhorns. We were rushed in and out of the meeting room like cattle. The event tickets could only be picked up by the purchaser with photo ID and the credit card used to purchase, which would have been fine if those terms were outlined upon purchase (it is not okay to assume the purchaser is planning to attend the event) and the box office would have been open during posted hours. The 1 minute you had with him was enough for 1 hug, 1 photo, and a lame name exchange. There was plenty of time between the meet & greet before Texas Longhorns was set to perform. There could have been many things done to make the pre-show VIP experience better. I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism of Texas Longhorns' staff.
